Surrounded by a spectacular mountain amphitheatre on the iconic Rondekop hill, Oldenburg is located North of Stellenbosch and is home to a slightly cooler climate with extraordinary terroir. The winemaking team’s philosophy is “less is more”, which allows the grapes to benefit from the influence of their cool climate, diverse soils and mountainous terroir.
