Vincent is the third generation of admired Chablis producers. Respectful of family tradition, he is fiercely passionate about wine and the Chablis terroir. Vincent’s vines, inherited in 2004, are planted on Chablis’ quintessential Kimmeridgian soils, made of clay, limestone, chalk and marine fossils, which some would claim contribute to Chablis’ classic minerality and crushed shell aromas.
